Uniting ASEAN entities for the ASEAN green agenda with ASEAN Networking Symposium
On 11 June 2026, Executive Director Phasporn Sangasubana and Ms. Tanida Bowornthanasathit, Project Manager of ACSDSD had a courtesy call with Dr. Thanapan Laiprakobsup, Executive Director of the ASEAN University Network (AUN).
The main gist of the meeting between two ASEAN entities is mainly to pave the way for potential collaborations on issues related to spreading awareness on sustainable development and capacity building for ASEAN through promotion of active roles of the young generation and AUN member universities
With new knowledge and technological development emerging more rapidly, the digital disruptions in the daily lives of ASEAN communities is also emerging. ACSDSD took this opportunity to invite the ASEAN University Network to share insights and formulate solutions on effective digital transformation, digital literacy and resilience in the upcoming ASEAN Networking Symposium on Sustainable Development 2026 to be convened in #Bangkok during the last quarter of 2026.
The main objective of the event is to strengthen cooperation and synergize efforts on sustainable development across ASEAN of relevant ASEAN centres and entities.
