ASEAN Vision 2045: Powered by Effective Digital Transformation
(ภาษาไทยด้านล่าง) By 2045, ASEAN aims to be a resilient, innovative, dynamic, and people-centred community, driven by the dual engines of “digital transformation” and “sustainability” to power its economic recovery.
The pandemic dramatically accelerated our digital adoption.
Not only from the disruption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), but benefits also include:
✅Reshaping the future of work
✅Increasing need for enhanced supply chain resilience across the region.
✅ Reinforcing social equity and access to finance, which provides a gateway for financial inclusion.
Furthermore, the availability of high-quality data informs better and more inclusive policy-making
Hence, Effective Digital transformation is one of the priorities ASEAN leaders included in the complementarities initiatives 2.0 (CI 2.0)

ภายในปี 2045 อาเซียนมุ่งสู่การเป็นชุมชนที่เข้มแข็ง นวัตกรรมล้ำสมัย และมีประชาชนเป็นศูนย์กลาง โดยมี “การเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ดิจิทัล” และ “ความยั่งยืน” เป็นสองฟันเฟืองหลักในการฟื้นฟูเศรษฐกิจยุคใหม่
โลกหลังโควิด-19 บีบให้เราต้องปรับตัวสู่ดิจิทัลเร็วกว่าเดิม ซึ่งไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องเทคโนโลยีหรือ AI เท่านั้น
แต่ประโยชน์ของการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ดิจิทัลยังรวมถึง:
✅ การปรับโฉมโลกแห่งการทำงาน
✅ อุปสงค์เพิ่มขึ้นในการพัฒนาสร้างระบบขนส่งและโลจิสติกส์ที่แข็งแกร่ง
✅ การลดความเหลื่อมล้ำ ให้ทุกคนเข้าถึงการเงินได้อย่างเท่าเทียม (Financial Inclusion)
นอกจากนี้ การเก็บข้อมูลคุณภาพสูงยังช่วยภาครัฐให้การกำหนดนโยบายมีประสิทธิภาพและครอบคลุมทุกภาคส่วนได้ดียิ่งขึ้น
การเปลี่ยนแปลงสู่ดิจิทัลเป็นหนึ่งในลำดับความสำคัญที่ผู้นำอาเซียนได้รวมไว้ใน‘ข้อริเริ่มความเกื้อกูล 2.0’ (CI 2.0)
